Administration & Support Department is the crucial of the organization that handles Clients Contacts and Contract Renewals, insure that the clients are always satisfied with their needs. We Correspond with Projects and Project Managers in regards to the internal processes and procedures for smooth running of their day to day activities.


Operations forms the hub of any organization especially security company, everything else hinges no Operations. Operations in security industry are simple as well as complicated as it involves the human behaviors. Operation cycle starts from hiring of a guard force member right up to achieving absolute satisfaction of client. In Security Solutions, operations are handled by Security Manager as well as Project Managers supported by a team of staff like Supervisors and Patrollers.


Our training philosophy is cyclic in nature, which is recurring on quarterly basis. Every guard is taken through Induction training upon joining followed by onsite and Refresher training sessions with an ultimate aim to enhance the proficiency in responding to security incidents along with professional grooming. Prior information before conduct of training is shared with client for any specific training requirement.
